INTERIOR DESIGNER / CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

As an Interior Designer and Client Relationship Manager at Complements Home, I bring clients' dream spaces to life. With expertise in interior design for remodels and new builds, I drive company growth and excel in project management. Before joining Complements Home, I honed my craft at Webfoot Home Improvements, worked on custom home interior design projects, and gained experience with vacation rentals. I'm passionate about making the design process seamless and enjoyable, applying color theory and design principles to each project, whether it features an exotic aesthetic or a neutral canvas.
Outside of work, I enjoy live music, exploring new places, and rearranging my furniture more often than necessary. I'm committed to building beautiful and functional spaces, contributing my design expertise, organizational skills, and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction. I love the collaborative environment at Complements Home and look forward to creating even more inspiring spaces with new clients.

PROJECT CRAFTSMAN

As the Senior Project Craftsman at Complements, I facilitate the progression of our projects from start to final quality control, ensuring every detail is perfect for the client to enjoy from day one. With a diverse background, including firefighting for the US Forest Service, lead baker and pastry chef for Sparrow Bakery, and surfboard builder in Southern California, I bring a unique set of skills to each project. My favorite part of the job is problem-solving to create special details that bring a project together, resulting in visually striking design elements.
I specialize in carpentry and demolition, focusing on careful removal and replacement or refinishing. With over 15 years of experience in carpentry, fabrication, and, tile installation.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, making music, riding my motorcycle, and tinkering with anything that has wheels. My passion for remodeling started early, helping my mother remodel our home. At Complements Home, we are a small, tight-knit team that supports each other and shares a love for creating beautiful spaces for our clients.

PRINCIPAL

As the Principal and Owner of Complements Home, I oversee the day-to-day operations and manage many of the construction-related aspects. With over 8 years of experience at Pahlisch Homes, I have worked in various roles including civil construction, multifamily apartment building, and custom homes. My expertise lies in construction and financial management, ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and fishing. I am passionate about remodel projects and love revitalizing dated homes in Bend, taking pride in every project we complete. At Complements Home, I contribute to our mission by focusing on construction management, best practices, scheduling, and quality control, always aiming for client satisfaction. Bend is my home, and I wouldn’t change where we live for anything.

PROCURMENT SPECIALIST

At Complements Home, I manage purchasing for all projects, receive and inspect products, handle accounts payable and receivable, and manage monthly client billing and reconciliation. My previous jobs include Business Manager at Coachwell, Inc., and Branch Manager at Bank of the Cascades. My banking background aids in the financial aspects of my job, and I love providing excellent customer service and solving problems for clients.
As a licensed real estate broker, I bring a unique perspective that complements our design and remodel business. Outside of work, I enjoy snowboarding, live music, traveling, and watching my daughter play softball. A fun fact about me is that I'm on a mission to see all 30 major league baseball parks, with 21 visited so far. What I enjoy most about working at Complements Home is the collaboration and teamwork that goes into every project. I contribute to our mission by keeping projects on track, ensuring products arrive on time and within budget, and maintaining open and frequent communication with clients.

DESIGN DIRECTOR

As a Project Manager / Interior Designer at Complements Home, I love collaborating with clients to create living spaces that are equally functional and aesthetically pleasing. Major redesigns or minor updates, I enjoy the variety of client projects and value the trust placed in me to execute their vision.
By creating visual plans with modeling software, I give clients the ability to explore options before making key decisions. I then manage projects to completion working with a trusted alliance of trade professionals. As a certified sustainable building advisor (CSBA), I can guide clients through the intricacy of energy-efficient systems and selection of green building materials.
When I am not working you can find me outside year round. My other passion is traveling. I love to experience new cultures and explore different architectural styles.
